We are currently seeking a Talent Consultant to join our growing recruitment team in Audubon, PA.

Sourcing: You create and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to source candidates. You expertly execute sourcing techniques using advanced Boolean searches and internet research. You apply tools and unique combinations of search techniques to achieve results.
Screening: You are proficient in call scripting and phone interviewing. You have strong communication skills and convey your thoughts clearly and succinctly to candidates.
Candidate Care & Engagement: You are a strong candidate relationship manager and proactively deploy candidate care practices and tailor practices to the specific level of roles. You develop compelling pitches and are able to articulate employee value propositions with ease.
Project Management: You have a solid understanding of project management and tactical execution. You manage multiple individual projects against milestones, inform team members of challenges or issues and work to resolve problems quickly.
Consulting: You possess the foundational knowledge of the talent acquisition industry knowledge and stay abreast of new technology, tools and trends. You possess a strong customer service orientation and the ability to adjust communication style to different audiences and personalities to achieve desired outcomes.
